Reality : The FICCI reports say that 90% of management graduates are not matching the skills requirement and are thus unemployable.  This is a painful situation. The same is with other Graduates.

Our Concept: Taking it as a challenge, we have associated with many management colleges, where, we segregate the candidates based on their interests & skills,   retrain them for 6 full days both in class and in field to suit to your specific needs.

We test them before and after training which is purely through AI based software, removing any scope for manipulation.  The Students who complete the training on Sales & Marketing skills are again made to write a final test and only those who pass are given a verifiable certificate of completion. Only these candidates are forwarded to you who will be 99% suitable to you &  ready to Roar.

The cost to you is : it’s a fixed cost irrespective the CTC you offer to the Candidate.

1. For Each Executive level Rs. 5,000/- per candidate + 18% GST.
2. For Each Team Leader level Rs. 10,000/- candidate +18% GST.
3. For Each ASM  level Rs. 15,000/- per candidate + 18% GST.

Payment Terms:

• 7 days from the date of candidate finalization.
•  In extreme conditions of the candidate leaving within 2 months of joining you, we will replace him with a next suitable candidate.
•  All payments to be made to our corporate account; aayushmanbhava online stores pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, which will be mailed to you with the invoice.
