Dr. Stas Grandi is a passionate orthodontist at Orthodontic Experts of Colorado Springs, whose aim is to create the best smiles for his patients.

He has expertise in clear aligner therapy, self-ligating braces, Phase I treatment, growth modification, TJD treatment, cleft lip and palate treatment, and orthognathic surgery treatment.

Dr. Grandi is originally from the great state of South Dakota, he has been to several countries since then. Dr. Grandi spent his undergraduate degree and master's degree in Miami. He was honored to be appointed a United States Naval Officer and served for five years, with almost all of the five years being overseas.

While in the military, he was chosen to be a part of several amazing teams of professionals that traveled around the world learning the best techniques in dentistry from the most accomplished clinicians, received mentorship from the brightest minds in leadership, and had the privilege of treating the men and women of the armed forces of not only the United States but also our Allied Nations. After completing his active duty military service, Dr. Grandi was humbled at the opportunity to continue his professional education at the world-renowned Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics residency program of the University of Colorado.

He’s practiced dentistry in the US, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, and as such, he has seen and been able to treat the entire spectrum of orthodontic problems.
