Detailed Business Description

Overdose Films at a Glance

The company presents itself as a creative collective built around filmmakers, artists and collaborators. Its published work ranges from longer documentary and fiction projects to short commissioned pieces. The current contact page names Overdose Films Pvt. Ltd. and lists Goa, Mumbai and New Delhi; it does not publish a full street address.

Creative Background and Selected Work

The official About page describes roots in alternative Bengali music and design during the 1990s. It does not substantiate the older Siachen entry’s exact 2010 establishment date, so that date is not repeated as verified history.

The documentary portfolio includes You Don’t Belong (2011), To-Let (2013), English India (2015) and Talking Head (2021). The feature portfolio lists City of Dark (2015). These are examples of work presented by the company, not claims that each film is currently available to buy or screen.

Projects such as Parliament St., Cotton Classic, Festival and Golden Triangle are labelled In Development on the website. Development status should not be mistaken for a completed release or a current financing offer.

Project and Viewing Enquiries

For a production enquiry, describe the format, proposed location, intended audience, schedule and requested role. For a screening or distribution enquiry, identify the particular title and intended use. The website’s portfolio and watch links provide examples, but rights, availability and commercial terms need confirmation from the company; this profile does not grant screening or reuse permission.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the portfolio cover only feature films?

No. The official site separates documentaries, shorts, features and advertising/design, and also presents music associated with projects. Discuss the relevant format directly rather than assuming every enquiry is a feature-film commission.

Are all listed projects completed?

No. Some entries are explicitly marked In Development. Confirm current status, viewing access and rights for the individual project.

Siachen Reader Note

Business information naturally evolves over time as organisations introduce new products, services, facilities, technologies, certifications, leadership changes and operational improvements.

This Business Knowledge Profile begins with information submitted by the business owner or representative. Siachen then reviews, verifies where possible, and enhances that information using the company’s official website, where available, and other reliable public sources before publishing the revised profile.

As business information may change after publication, readers are encouraged to visit the company’s official website, where available, or contact the business directly to obtain the latest information regarding products, services, pricing, operating hours, admissions, appointments, certifications, contact details, locations and other important updates before making business decisions.

Siachen Business Knowledge Platform periodically reviews Business Knowledge Profiles wherever practical. However, the official website, where available, and authorised representatives of the business remain the most reliable sources of current information.

Documentary production and direction

The documentary catalogue presents films concerned with people, language, culture and social experience. Its titles include English India and Talking Head, alongside work still in development. This route is relevant to documentary collaborators and commissioners; the company should confirm its role and the status of any proposed project.

Features and short-form filmmaking

Overdose separates feature and short-film work from its documentary catalogue. Its feature page lists City of Dark and identifies Festival and Golden Triangle as development projects. The portfolio helps prospective collaborators understand the formats explored without implying that every listed project has been released.

Advertising, design and commissioned videos

The advertising section contains television commercials, short videos, web films and design-led projects. Examples span consumer-brand, tourism and organisational communications. These are company-presented portfolio credits rather than evidence of current contracts or endorsements; ask about the intended production role and deliverables.

Music, creative collaboration and line production

The website links music with film work and describes direction, design, photography and line production among the company’s activities. Collaborators can enquire about the creative or production contribution needed for a specific project. Equipment ownership, post-production facilities and distribution rights are not independently established here.
