My battle with weight, blood pressure and diabetes has lead me to find microgreens. It has become my passion to share them with my community.A study by the Agricultural Research Service in 2014 analyzed 25 different varieties of microgreens and found on average there were 5x greater levels of vitamins then there adult counterparts, but growing, harvesting and handling may have considerable effects on nutrition. We want to provide you with the healthiest most nutrient dense food possible. So we grow Naked. Which means no soil, pesticides, insecticide, or fertilizers. You get non-gmo seeds grown and sold live and uncut on a coconut fiber pad that has only had filtered nutrient water added.
