You and your celebrant can decide on a location for your ceremony, which is completely up to you. You have the option of writing your own vows. The cost of the marriage license is $150, plus the amount charged by the celebrant for performing the ceremony.

Ceremonies of registration:

In a registry ceremony, the vows are standard, and the ceremony must take place during the week. In addition to the license fee of $150, there is a set fee of $90 for the ceremony, which must be paid to the celebrant in person on the day of the ceremony.
